Dreams are one of the most natural ways the deeper mind and Higher Self communicate with us. Long before I ever worked with hypnosis or quantum healing, I paid close attention to dreams — my own and those shared with me by others. They have always carried guidance, emotional truth, symbolic memory, and gentle nudges toward awareness.
